At least a "form webpage" is now provided for all locations. Massive modifications have been made, including those allowing terse data and links to be shown in MS S&T, Global Explorer and (with some quirks) in World Wind. I have tried to check all links, but I will have missed some errors, I am sure. Please report any that you find.
